You inspire me, Woman! Hoping to do some cleansing and return back to my normal habits beginning tomorrow, (tonight we have dinner at my in-laws). It’s time but cutting out the wine is going to be the biggest challenge because it just goes so well with healthy meals. I ordered a spiralizer today to make veggie pastas and more interesting salad combinations. Will be in the OC soon…hope to see you.

THANK YOU JINAN! The wine is the hardest part, especially when you want to share it with your friends and family that come into town to visit! My first week totally changed my cravings and appetite. By making my breakfast super protein packed and large, gradually making my meals smaller throughout the day, I wasn’t getting hungry at night. I didn’t eat dinner past 7:30 pm and drank as much water as I could throughout the day. As part of Whole30 you are not suppose to weigh yourself, however I couldn’t resist at the gym last Friday because I am one of those that likes to see what is changing and how different things effect me. Without really trying (I didn’t get my usual 5 workouts in the first week and ate A LOT but it was nothing but organic delicious whole foods) I was down 3 lbs. I’m not sure how it happened but it shocked me! To lose that much in 1 week seems a bit crazy. However, I am looking at it as weight that wasn’t “needed” i guess. Anyways! Good luck with your healthy meal take over! I cannot wait until you guys are back in town- we must plan a fun get together! Happy New Year!

Hi there I am lucky enough to have exnceiepred Udi straight from the source and Barrett is not kidding about anything he is saying. The funny thing is I dont have Celiac’s and I use to eat there at least once a week, my work would order there bc it was a skip from Westwood Denver North where I was a admin assistant. So if someone who doesnt have to be gluten free willingly chooses Udi then yeah!!! lol oh and go to the website and put in your zipcode it wll tell u where to shop for the products!
